NEW CARNEGIE LIBRARY SERVICES POLICY

As of March 15, 2023, all Carnegie Library Patrons MUST have a valid LIBRARY CARD to make use of library services.

Library Services and Use includes, but not limited to:

• Using Library Computers

• Borrowing Books & Materials

• Making Copies

• Sending or Receiving a Fax or Email

• This policy applies to library services inhouse or at the drive through window.

Patrons may apply for a LIBRARY CARD at the circulation desk or on the Carnegie Public Library website.
